OP here. Thank you so much for the possible causes.

The magnesium may be something to explore.

I felt noticeably better after drinking a supplement with magnesium. I was taking it for vitamin C but read the ingredients and it had zinc and magnesium in it.

Maybe start your morning with an electrolyte drink. You could be shaky from lack of electrolyes/magnesium/salts when you first wake up in the morning

Take two regular strength aspirin when you feel this way and see if it helps. If it's going to help, it will be almost immediate.

I get jittery sometimes too and wonder the same thing. I do have anxiety, and sometimes I can attribute it to my anxiety. But other times I'm not sure. Guess my response isn't really all that helpful. But I can absolutely relate. I'm 52.

I'm 52, female, have had no health issues. Not overweight, eat healthy, do not drink. I do take walks and know that it helps.

Have had no diagnosed anxiety issues. Do get stressed out but mostly have had ok coping mechanisms.

Sometimes I feel jittery, usually when I wake up. And at some points in the day, like now, it's noon.

Just not sure.. is this something usual? I see older women say they drink red wine to relax. Is this why they drink red wine?

I just saw my doctor 3 months ago and had no issues. Yes will go back, but just wanted to make observations first and determine some causes- or is this just a natural life progression?

Thank you
