We stick with that schedule indefinitely, dropping bottles and replacing with a sippy of milk with the meal between 12 and 15 months. When they drop to one nap, we add in a tiny morning snack (generally a pouch) at around 10am. Oldest is 3, he’s still on this schedule.
Oh, sorry, I should note this was pumped milk for my younger at (exclusively pumped) and was nursing for my older. Same either way, though, as far as schedule.
