Over the years, MCPS has become a great breeding ground for future superintendent candidates & others in high positions (Dyson, McKinght, Webster, Sirgo, Williams, Navarro, etc). This time of year, APs and Principals start thinking about promotions and future transfer spots because the process starts in the New Year. One must work their networks for these opportunities.
