Price has seen been cut twice. Now is sitting on the market at 995k, been about a month since last price drop, on the market since mid August. Ironically had the price been 995k when it was first listed, we may have considered it. Now, in November, I think house is still overpriced.

It's expensive for the area. Cookie cutter home with no real upgrades since it's been built.
