Cool thank you! It seems so common sense but this is super helpful. I assume no issue if in addition to cash plus kid gift, we throw in a token gift? She really likes some of our candles and they are pricy so always nice to get as a gift (at least I enjoy them haha).
First off, OP you seem like a great employer.
Secondly, this poster is right. The gifts are fun but a handwritten card and taking time to make something with the kids (because we nannies do this ALL the time but we don’t usually get it back) is so sweet and special.
Thirdly, are these diptyque candles? Because my bosses have those and I so covet them!!!
