Feed the baby when they're hungry.

Just feed the baby when he/she wakes up.

Your baby does not know or care what the clock says.

Just follow the time on the clock. Don’t adjust.

Why are you tracking feedings?

Sleep deprivation is real. I remember those days- I remember just setting a timer for 2 hours (if that was the spacing of feedings), and then not bothering with what the clock said until later in the day, when I could make more sense of it.

Newbie question but how do I track baby's feedings tonight? The 2am feeding will fall back and it will be 1 am but she was tech sleeping at 1am and eating at 2am with the next feeding due 5am and not 4am

Maybe I'm sleep deprived and not this dumb
