Not OP, but thank you all. I am bringing sides to my brother’s and I just decided on the bourbon corn pudding and savory mashed sweet potatoes. Can’t wait!

I usually make stuffed mushrooms (stuffed with it's own stems and some cheese), and brussels sprouts (dipped in olive oil and seasoning and roasted in the oven. These two things my kids will eat. For colors, I would roast carrots as well. And might as well add other vegetables to the colorful plate.

I love this so much. I add chopped kale for color and it is amazing with leftover turkey sandwiches
