Subject: Grade 8 Common App - Apply to Multiple Programs?
I don't think all home schools have buses to the community college. There's a strong cohort at the Northwest Middle College program.

Yes. My kids admitted to both RMIB and blair magnet. I know kids admitted to everyone at Poolesville, kids admitted to RM, Blair and Wheaton, etc…

Thank you for answering! And this definitely includes both criteria and lottery programs?

DS is applying to PHS. I believe that I heard during the Zoom presentation that he can apply to multiple programs and if (miraculously) accepted to more than one, he can choose which invitation to accept. Did I hear this correctly? Does that include lottery programs? Could he conceivably apply to PHS, RMIB, and Middle College, and pick his top choice if he gets into more than one?
Secondly, what is the selling point of the Northwest Middle College program vs. virtual Middle College at the homeschool? It seems like the virtual option and being at the homeschool is better, but I don't know much about NWHS.
