I have a tendency to get mildly anxious on occasion, but when it's worse than usual, my memory and general brain function declines with it. Really scatter-brained and forgetful, poorly organized when I am more anxious.

Definitely saw anxiety increase substantially with both parents before memory impairment was significant. Unfortunately, with one parent anxiety comes with aggression and agitation and she would not stay on meds.
