Ah good times! I also had to paint all of my first house not yellow anymore. And there was faux painting in some areas! I’d give some thought to your light and the directions rooms face because you will lose a lot of natural warmth yellow brings, as insane as it is!

SW Dover is a warm white with yellow undertones

Check out SW Maison Blanche. It worked well in my townhouse to that not too white but airy feeling.

I'd worry less about which white is "in" and more about what goes with your furniture. For example, if your sofa is red, you probably don't want a yellow-tinged white.

I love Decorator's White by Benjamin Moore. It's got a little grey, but not a lot. It goes great with my antiques and mostly blue furniture in the living room.

I know you asked for SW but I did BM Swiss coffee recently and love it. I think warm whites (vs greys or beige) are “in” most right now

We just did Alabaster all over our house, and we love it. It is a really warm, creamy white. I tested tons of colors in different rooms and different lights, so be sure to do that first. I also loved Greek Villa, which PP suggested, but my husband found it to be too white. Heron Plume is another nice neutral. We used the slightly darker Egret White in two rooms that get a ton of light, and it looks very warm and blends well with the Alabaster.

I have accessible beige and really like it. It’s griege that leans towards beige.

SW Greek Villa - a warm white but not yellow/beige-y

I know there are numerous threads on this, but I feel like styles change quickly.

We’re buying a Capitol Hill row house and need to paint over several of the rooms, including the dining room and living room.

What warm, neutral color is in right now? Our current home is SW-modern gray in most of the rooms. I don’t know whether to just go with the same or try something else. It’s been years since I’ve selected a paint color (not counting kids’ rooms).

I prefer Sherwin Williams.
