Be prepared to pay double or even more depending on the issues. Aides celebrate Thanksgiving too and have families. If there are behavior issues make it clear and offer more than double.

OP - If you know an aide would be needed for personal care, to deal with behavior issues etc. In other words not just an adult sitter, you might post your specific need on Care. Com or deal with a temp agency supplying such staff. You will need to be ready to pay a premium Rate.
