Hi all! My son’s 5th birthday is on December 5th, and being the planner that I am, I reserved space at Cherrydale Volunteer Fire Department since June. Unfortunately I was recently notified that there was an accident where a paving truck hit the building’s fire escape and they can no longer use the facility for events until further notice. Now, I’m stuck trying to figure out other available options only a month out. I’ve tried calling Takoma Park fire department and they haven’t returned my call and they are booked at Little Gym, I’m hoping to have something as close as possible to the Capitol
Hill area either on the 3rd or 10th. My kiddo is super social and we planned to invite around 35-40 kids, but am aware that it may no longer be possible for such a large group of kids. Any ideas appreciated!
