Yes, always. Went deaf in one ear and oddly resulted in very sensitive hearing with the one good ear I have. So I have to turn the tv down, not up, despite having hearing loss. Miss a lot that way, so captions are always on. Husband hates it.

Yes, always. I can’t hear half of the dialogue and miss so much without it.

Yes because I feel like the dialogue is low or mumbled and the background music can be too loud.

Yes. British procedural crime shows. Helps with dialogue and names and plot, particularly if not paying 100% attention

Yes. I have (mild) ADHD and apparently, this is a common thing for people with ADHD.
