I recommend getting a silicone insert/basket (we got ours on Amazon) to make clean up so much easier as it keeps the grease and oil off the grate in the first place. We have two baskets and it makes everything so much easier especially when we're making two different things one after another.

I make lemongrass chicken. Marinate and leave the chicken in the fridge, take out only the portions you want, and cook. Boneless, skinless thighs take about 12-14 minutes.

Split chicken fryer (half of a chicken) for 40 to 45 minutes at 400 degrees or slightly higher heat. (Season however you prefer. I use Smoky Mesquite & throw in some onions.)

All of the above, plus artichoke hearts. Can of quartered artichokes, EVOO/garlic, S&P, 400 degrees for 10-15 mins. Dip in marinara.

Brussels sprouts and mozzarella sticks. My DD likes breakfast sausage and tater tots air fried.

Salmon. I use fresh or thawed fillets (skin on), rub on a little bit of olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper, and air fry at 400F for about 8-9 minutes. It comes out so, so good - crispy but still pink inside. I never make salmon on the pan anymore. Obviously you can season however you like. Just make sure to rub oil on the skin too so that it doesn't stick.

I find that any frozen food also comes out better when reheated in the air fryer. I've done pizza, mozzarella sticks, wings, frozen fries, breaded ravioli, and veggie burgers/nuggets in there, and all come out great. Mine is toaster-oven style so I just leave the temperature on 400 and adjust the cooking time as necessary. There's a little bit of trial-and-error involved but 10 minutes at 400 usually does the trick for most things.

Mozzarella sticks. 390 for 5 mins.

Roasted broccoli or cauliflower. Just cut up and toss with a little olive oil (I like red pepper oil) and salt. Cook at 350 for about 8 minutes. It's also great for reheating pizza, french fries, anything fried--it will get crispy rather than soggy the way it does in the microwave. I also use it to make toast.
To clean I just use a dish brush and hot soapy water.
