Georgia Tech has it's own hotel and midtown is a great area to explore. You can do everything on foot. The World of Coke and Aquarium are downtown, which I would suggest taking Marta or Uber/Lyft.

I’d recommend the Georgia Tech Hotel. It’s in midtown a short walk from campus with lots of restaurants close by and the bookstore just across the street. Easy to explore the area on foot or use MARTA (Atlanta’s subway).

Georgia Tech is in midtown so there are a lot of hotel options. We stayed at the Four Seasons but Georgia Tech has its own hotel which is suppose to be nice.
