I don’t see anything here that says no vitamin C.
DP. Oddly, it took some digging, but I found the back of the bag. It lists Vitamin D, Potassium, Calcium and Iron. But doesn't like Vitamin C.

I think they changed labeling requirements a while back. I’ve noticed a lot of foods volunteer that they have 0% of something I never would have expected the food to have, but don’t list the amounts of vitamins and minerals that I know they’re high in. I generally look nutrition up online. Isn’t progress grand?
My non-expert understanding is that frozen foods have as much nutrition as fresh foods and may have more because they are frozen immediately before the vitamins start to break down. The only negative thing I’ve heard is that you may lose some fiber content due to cell walls being broken down when the liquid within freezes. I’m not sure if I believe that, but if it’s a concern you can research further. I’m not concerned.

Just because it doesn't list vitamin C doesn't mean it's not there. Notice the label doesn't say 0% vitamin C. Taste it. Is it a tart like a strawberry? That's vitamin C. It's crazy how disconnected you are from your food source.

Interesting. I buy the Target brand as DH has them every morning in oatmeal. Those have VitC listed. 57mgs. It must vary by brand. Weird.

Then choose a different brand dummy. A national brand has VitC. Sorry the generic brand doesn’t.

The only frozen fruits I've seen that have vitamin c are mango and pineapple. Do the rest of the fruits lose their C in the freezing process.
