I'm wondering the same thing with IF and diabetes.

I fell off the wagon. Im back on and I was wondering if IF would be something to mix it up for weight loss along with diet.

The issue is that I’m diabetic and my meds make me hypoglycemic if I go too long. Shakes, sweats, dizzy and fainting. Anyone do IF on diabetes meds?

Also, I’ve tried the No bread/super low carb diets and also feel really sick on them. A tiny piece of something at each meal helps. Any diabetic have success of close to no refined carbs?
