On Arepa Zone- they’re a food truck that has expanded, I knew them from Union Market and then I recently discovered that they moved across to this awesome new Latin American food market across the street- La Cosecha. I ended up there recently because I was looking for somewhere to park and I tried one thing from almost every stand- so so good. Arepa Zone had really good arepas and these empanadas that were really tasty. And they had a lot of gluten free items. Def recommend checking out La Cosecha if you’re in the Union Market area.

I think it sounds good, OP, but also easy to make yourself with a little sleuthing (always better fresh!)

I recently learned you can buy this by the bottle at Arepa zone. This sauce is amazing. I've been eating it on eggs, sandwiches, breakfast burritos, tacos, burrito bowls, as a dip for quesadilla. Plain with chips. So damn good!
