Woodloch is the best but be aware there’s no kids club and alcohol is not included if that’s what you want.

Most people will need a passport. Sure you can use a passport card but the days of using a birth certificate are over I think.
Adults need one but kids driving in to canda with parents can use their birth cert.

Most people will need a passport. Sure you can use a passport card but the days of using a birth certificate are over I think.

Truly, what is it about an all inclusive that appeals to you for a domestic vacation? Are you looking for a meal plan or is it the activities? There are tons of family resorts that include activities, but are not considered all inclusive, because it does not include all you can eat, buffets, etc. We could probably give you better information if we understood what you were really looking for.

Echoing above, they don't exist in the US/territories. However, if you don't mind cruises, you can get many of the same amenities of all-inclusive and you don't need a passport if it's a closed-loop cruise out of the US, even if you are going to other countries.

There are virtually NO all inclusives in the US or Puerto Rico. At one time, there was a Club Med in Sandpiper FL, but I believe they have closed. There is also an adults only all inclusive in the Keys. Some of the dude ranches have all inclusive pricing, and the Wyndham Grande Rio in Puerto Rico sometimes offers an "all-inclusive" add-on, but not year round.
Hope this helps. Most all inclusives are in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, St. Lucia, and a few in Turks/Caicos.

Would love specific recommendations of family-friendly all-inclusives. I'd love to stay domestic, or places that don't require passports. My kids are 10 and 7. Thank you!
