Sounds more like OP needs more rest and food. Body under stress and thus SLOWS down. Maybe a few days of high carb, low fat, med protein. 20 mins of weight lifting 3x a week.

Agree. Stick to 1300-1500. You can eat back your exercise calories if you burn enough. I am short and can lose 1 lb a week or so at 13-1400. And if I burn 200 calories I eat them back. But you have to make sure it’s intense exercise and better to underestimate your burn a little. I went from 118 to 112 in just a few months doing this recently and I didn’t feel deprived.
