Oddly, the low carb, gluten and dairy free chocolate cake mixes if you add espresso powder and steam bake or make it in the instant pot, tastes like Italian chocolate almond torte.

I need to make a keto dessert for a party and I have never made one before. Any suggestions ? I am more interested in one that will turn out well than in something that is trying to mimic a traditional dessert poorly. Thanks.
