Looks like GEHA has a limit of 60 sessions/year. So then she’ll pay for 40+ sessions out of pocket? Ouch.

All plans will have a stated limit, but if your clinician writes a note saying more sessions are warranted then they will usually approve it.

I have FEP Blue and was able to get a waiver for out of network coverage for speech therapy.

Do the provider(s) not accept any insurance at all, or are they in some network? That's what I'd look into first....

Find a different provider for therapy. In this area, they are around but sometimes you need to drive a bit.
