There isn’t much on the site to understand what this site does. If you sign up for the 14 days, is it like they set up up with a schedule based on your hours? Is it live? Are there just a bunch of classes by different people and you pick? I’m confused as to how it works.

Pilatesanytime.com is an great source for classes from a wide variety of excellent teachers. You can choose duration, focus, level and props included. They’re always adding new content.
If you want props, hand weights, a theraband, magic circle and small ball (9”) add fun options.
