Also forgot to add that I used to wait 2 weeks between the treatments but now I just do them on the same day and my hair looks great afterward.

+1 You definitely want to do color first, because the keratin treatment coats the hair cuticle and acts as a barrier, so the color doesn't take as well.

I prefer to do keratin first and colour after, because keratin changes the colour a lot.
