Op here: thank you all for the support today! I'm done eating for the day and I tracked everything dutifully. I probably ate too much zero point fruit, but I'm going to give myself some leeway as I start and focus on that next week.

I've lost 30 and kept it off for over a year. Unfortunately, they just got rid of their one on one coaching program but they are shifting to online groups where you can login all day to find a leader/group.

There are groups on WW. There’s a whole group for “recommitted.” I think that’s a better place to look for support with this than DCUM.

I would like to lose some weight before the holidays really hit, but mostly I want to establish good habits before then. Right now I eat healthy, but too much. Thankfully I like healthy foods and I don't drink much alcohol. I do have a sweet tooth and I'm an emotional eater.

Any words of advice? Just some good vibes for me? I'll take it all
