You can just say it was a medical reason or dr appt or whatever. But if you say medical reason, make sure you specify that it was not illness related or you may get a call from the clinic.

I looked on the website but can’t find any info. Can I write a note for my child explaining that it was for a medical reason? Or do we need a doctor’s note? Do tardies matter for anything?
