My first grader took the NNAT toward the end of the year last year. She just finished CogAt this week in 2nd grade.

Mom of a first grader here.
Recently came to know about CogAT exam for elementary school children. What grade students have to take the test?
Are there any other tests for cognitive, IQ etc that the kids need to be prepared for and in what grade do those testing start?
Not that my first grader wants to be prepared
but I am just curious.
