Why wouldnt a tinted SPF work?

I keep my morning routine pretty light and layer it up with the heavy hitters at night. I use an acid toner or quick absorbing vitamin C in the morning and moisturizer only if I need it. My normal/oily skin generally doesn't because I apply serums, moisturizer, and oils at night so I wake up with hydrated skin. I then use a quick absorbing sunscreen (Biore UV Rich Watery Essence). It's about 5 minutes max from using the acid toner/vitamin C and putting on sunscreen that I can use foundation. I realize this may not work if you are extremely dry.
