My kid is there now - we’ve loved it and didn’t have trouble getting in touch back when we were shopping around but I do think she gets lots of inquiries so I’m sure stuff gets missed. Once enrolled, communication has been super. Worth it to keep trying if the location is good for you.

Good luck with Julie. I called, emailed, and reached out multiple times and had a friend who had an enrolled child do the same. We spoke once, finally, and she never followed up.
