Sorry I misunderstood. I thought you were talking about tomorrow being a no school day. All MS have no school tomorrow except middle schoolers at HB. But usually no middle schools have early release today, that’s just for elementary.

DD at Swanson did not have early release

Which MS don’t have early release? Only HB as far as I’m aware.

Yeah, but here's why this doesn't work. My kid's bus does a high school route before picking him up. Dismissal is at 350, normally, and bus gets the kids at 4 and drops off around 420. But when the bus doesn't have the high school route first, is the bus still going to pick up 10 minutes after dismissal or on time? Or will it be doing another elementary school route first and show up very late?

There was a 30 minute swing last year in arrival times. Not convenient

It's not tricky, you simply go to your schools webpage and it tells you what time early release is.

Interesting. Our normal release time is 2:44 and early release is 12:20 so I don’t think that works for us.

It’s not 2 hours earlier… it’s 2 hrs 20ish minutes earlier. Just subtract that amount from the usual bus time.

Does extended day end early or is it not a thing on early release days?

Do all the kids eat lunch at school before early release? Do we just estimate what time the afternoon bus will drop them off?
