Just remember this - teachers, mentors, and guides can be helpful. But, you already have everything you need inside you. This journey is highly personal. In the end, spiritual seekers find their paths alone. I would suggest starting with a meditation practice. There are lots of resources online to get you started. Mindfulness Meditation works best for me. Spend time listening to your inner self. You’ll find answers to questions you didn’t even know to ask.

Be cautious. A lot of “life coaches” will flood you with beautiful affirmations and take your money. Not particularly helpful. Join the LightShine Lab (Crystal Anne Compton) on Facebook. You’ll find so many great intuitive healers and teachers, and tons of free information.

Good for you OP - I have not tried this but my sister has and found it helpful.

There is tons of info online with a Google search but here is a little I found to get you going … I would do cost comparisons as well and talk to them to them first to see whether they seem genuine and competent …
