Every stereotype about conservatives being too dumb to read is 100 percent true. This happened in Rockville, MD which is a different legal system than DC.

Since you appear to be quite literal, let me rephrase the PP's statement so that you can understand it better. Every ridiculous stereotype of liberals being soft on crime and criminals is 100 percent true in cities across the US.

Let us know if the big words are giving you trouble.

It’s literally legal to shoot people (stand your ground) in other states. Nice tough on Crime BS.

I too think that Roid Rager who assaulted someone in a parking lot should stay locked up. But he's white so...

What does the monitoring do? Obviously these kids don’t give a dame about the monitoring devices. The monitoring device should be able to make alarm sound if the kid leave their house or is 100 feet away from their parents.

Sometimes they are. What are those times? When someone can pay for the monitoring?

The problem is when white males commit violent crimes judges don’t want to hold them.

The country club rapist and the Rm Security guard rapist.

Therefore you can’t hold someone that pushed a woman over.

That’s bullsh*t. Those boys didn’t get the idea to go up to Rockville and do a carjacking on their own. An adult directed it. And now they are right back under that influence.

Electronic monitoring should be automatic for supervised release. That said, these kids should not be out so quickly after what they did.

https://bethesdamagazine.com/2022/10/04/three-d-c-teens-charged-with-attempted-armed-carjacking-in-rockville/

“Police said the teens were released to their parents under “community detention” – an alternative to incarceration in which minors stay at home under supervision. It sometimes includes electronic monitoring.”

Is this really how we should be handling these cases? Curious to hear others’ opinions.
