a lot of kids prefer sugar candy to chocolate. to be a really good trick or treat neighbor, think like an elementary school and purchase and serve candy that does not contain any nuts in it.

For my kids, you can’t go wrong with chocolate. One likes Twizzlers and they both like Sour Patch candy too.
