I used to exercise, I think the sudden exhuberance for classes and wrong footwear for the zumba class left me with plantar fasciitis in my left foot.
I really want to lose 40lbs. Generally I enjoy being active, activity wasn't new (ran, walked, did weights, body resistance, elliptical, hiking etc before).
My shoes are new and the same kind I always use (I switched shoes 5 years ago which aggravated my other foot).
Do I have to stop exercising to let it heal? I've been trying to avoid running, walking, zumba of course for the last few weeks. It's not getting worse but not really better either. Thoughts?
