I suppose you could always don an oversized hoodie and a face mask, since there are plenty of the latter around. They tend not to be that great of a camera.

Give your kids a $5 budget at Michael’s and let them pick out whatever they want to put in the basket, including candy. It’s super fun for the younger kids to “choose” and no matter what, the teens will both like it and be indifferent at the same time, as teens often are. 😂

Just do candy and salty snacks like Takis or the Halloween pretzels.

I thought it was all about the candy/snacks. Toy are hard due to different ages.

Our neighborhood has a tradition of boo baskets every October and my kids (DS3 and DD6) want to boo families that have tween/teen kids. Any suggestions for inexpensive items to fill that appeal to that age group? I'm obviously going to include some candy but looking for some other fun things to add.
