I also keep scans of the ssl forms. They sometimes don't make it in.

SSL hours are visible in ParentVue too if you're trying to see what's been recorded already. Click on Course History, then scroll down to Service Learning Hours Earned and turn Details on.

Do you mean the Certificate of Meritorious Service award? "Awarded to students who have service-learning records documenting 240 or more hours of service by the first Friday in April of their senior year."

It would be the same way they track all of the hours -- serving and then turning in the SSL form to the school.

For HS those who have the PVSA, did you get all the SSL hours at one organization? If not, how did you keep track of the hours earned?
