Ugh, we have two dogs in our neighborhood that are outside dogs.
It hurts my heart to hear them barking at night on really cold nights. The county has been called on the owners several times but the dogs have adequate shelter, water, and food so there's nothing they can do.
I don't understand how they can stand being in their house with the dogs constantly barking. I can't stand barking dogs. I have mine trained to never bark. If he's barking, something is seriously wrong or seriously going down.
