All schools have ELA: English Language Arts. ELC is Enriched Literacy Curriculum and is being rolled out to schools across a few years.

Varies by school. Last year you were guaranteed enrichment if you were on the waitlist for CES, which was 85th percentile locally normed plus all A in ELA. But schools could add to this, so kids who scored below that percentile could get pulled in.
