Franks was my go to for a long time, until I got Old Bay Hot Sauce. Now that's my default. Good flavor without too much heat.

Tapatio is our family favorite, though it can be frustratingly hard to find.
Cholula original flavor is our back up and I find it very good. I know people who really like the chipotle version but I find it way too smoky for every day use.
Melindas and Texas Pete are okay.
I think Valentina is too runny and also a little sweet.
Tabasco is honestly a step down from Franks Red Hot.

I normally have a bottle of basic Frank's Red Hot in the fridge. I ran out and want to branch out a little. I don't like insane spicy, so about Frank's temperature is good. Any recommendations of something a little more special?
