Cafe Amelie in the French Quarter is really charming and I recall the food being quite good. It's set back from the street with a courtyard for outdoor dining and is especially nice in the evening when it's all lit up.

I loved the courtyard at Sylvain.

Travelling with immune compromised (yeah, boosted and all that) person who really enjoys varied tastes and would like to enjoy first NOLA trip. All food genres welcome.
