What school system is this? Can't be APS b/c you can't take Spanish until 7th unless you're in immersion.

Just moved to the area and my 5th grader thinks he is very behind his classmates in Spanish. I know he didn't get much instruction at his previous school. He actually asked for a tutor but I would rather not go that route. Does anyone know of an online program that might be useful? Should I be worried he is behind?
