Run it through your food processor, reduce it to pulp, and freeze in ice cube trays.

Add it to cocktails, smoothies, glasses of juice for kids ...

hate wasting a whole watermelon but it's not that sweet and the texture is way too firm and not crispy. it's just sitting in the fridge... what can i do with it.
