FYI Maryland IVF coverage is based on where your employer is, not where you live. So get an employer HQ’d in MD and continue to live wherever you want.

Johns Hopkins has good coverage (and you don’t have to use their lousy program). I used my benefits at SGF.

Starbucks. You’re also eligible to utilize the coverage much much earlier than the vast majority of places. I know two women who have each gotten part-time jobs on the weekend to supplement full-time insurance solely for fertility coverage.

Amazon has Progyny, which is excellent and covers stuff not usually covered (PGT testing, if you're pursuing that) and doesn't have a tenure requirement for use (for white collar jobs, at least).
