VR makes me dizzy. No way I could do 30 mins- let alone an hour with that device on.

I don't but I'm over 50 and my teenage son does a lot of this VR stuff and it does physically exhaust him, so it would probably work for me too.

Is there anyone over 50 who enjoys any virtual reality exercise where you wear the glasses? If so, what do you recommend? It looks like fun, but I am not sure if it is just for younger people.
