Subject: how long to bake chicken legs
I want to bake chicken legs in the oven at 350-ish (I plan to bake with a dry rub and then add bbq sauce at the end). I searched online for how long to cook, and I keep seeing instructions for about 45 minutes. I buy chicken legs at Whole Foods or Giant - their legs are smallish and it seems like 45 min eould cause them to dry out, no? Suggestions, please.
