Do you give both sides each time? I know some who only feed one side on a wakeup (and then there seems to be more wake ups). Also, does your kid like a pacifier? Our 4 month old slept through the night, but he would often need the paci put in once or twice a night and/or you could gently hold his arms, and he’d drop back off to sleep. Not ideal, but I still considered it a win if I kept him in the crib.

It sounds like she’s hungry. How much does she drink at 1:30am? Maybe it’s not enough to satisfy her. I would try seeing if she can drink more at 1:30am to full her belly for a longer period, at least another hour.

Send your dh in instead of you going in to feed

DD is about to be 4 months old and she's been pretty easy until now. I know we're hitting the 4 month sleep regression but not so sure what to do about it. My older child is 5.5. years old (and a great sleeper) so I seem to have forgotten everything!

Right now I am putting baby to sleep around 7:30pm and she does a long stretch to about 1:30am. But then she is up every 2 hours.
So last night was:
7:30
1:30
3:30
5:30 (and we got up for the day)

Before this she was going to be later like 9pm and waking at 2 or 3 am and then again at 6am. Which was great. It was like one wake-up essentially. But now she is sleepier earlier so the bedtime moved up and everything is off.

How do I get rid of that 3:30am wakeup? Last night she wasn't really crying just fussing and kicking so I let her be for a while to see if she would settle on her own, but then she did start crying so I fed her quickly and put her back down. I'm not a fan of cold-turkey CIO and didn't do it with older DD. But I am okay with some crying / teaching to self-soothe. I just can't remember how I did it last time. She is EBF and over 15lbs FWIW.
