No, since they don’t remove any skin. You can do laser to tighten the skin in the area. I was told that by a plastic surgeon, I didn’t do laser so not sure if it works.

Who was your doctor? Would you recommend for upper blepharoplasty?

I went to Dr Rostami in Reston. She did a great job on surgery but I wasn't super impressed with her office or her personality.

A friend just had surgery with Dr. Dunbar with Eye Specialist and Surgeons of Northern Virginia and highly recommended her.

Who does fat transposition for the eye bags? I have tear troughs that will show up more if I get the bags removed, so I've been told by one doc. He recommends the fat pad be moved lower to fill in the trough/darker hollows, but he does not do that procedure.

I had no idea what bleph now I am convinced I need upper bleph. What kind of doctor? Plastic surgeon? Price?

My mother did this and had amazing results. She's never looked back. She did this in her 60's but I would imagine that the healing would have been quicker in her 40's.

I have eye bags and dark circles, and hooded lids. Is 44 too young for eye surgery to fix this? If I do it now will I need to do it again later?
