They could, you know, not run red lights, stop signs or obey the speed limit and avoid those pesky fines.
Or they could invest in all the different ways to make your license plate unreadable to traffic cameras. Seems more likely.

These people are such a menace, I feel like it’s every other day we see posts online about cars jumping the curve in residential areas. Every single day I see people just blowing through red lights. I need to tell my parents that when they’re out with my young son expect that cars won’t stop at red lights or give you the right of way when you have a walk sign.
