Many Bethesda restaurants have large outdoor areas but you would need to call them individually to see if they are willing to set up a huge area for 25. Sounds like a private party to me at that point.
Silver, Spanish Diner, MonAmi Gabi, Raku, Uncle Julio’s, Match Box Pizza, Hawkers, the nee plant based restaurant, etc.

Then there is the other side of Bethesda as well.

I am looking for a restaurant that has outdoor seating for a group of about 25 people in Bethesda or close to Bethesda. Nothing fancy. Any recommendations? Thanks!
