Go with natiurally flavored sparkling water. It will be 0 calories, and make sure the only 2 ingredients are carbonated water and natural flavor.
+1

I love sparkling water. I can barely drink plain water anymore, it seems so boring to me. Bubly has a pineapple flavor that is really good. Wegmans has tons of different flavors of their store brand sparkling water.

I think you need to go with herbal teas or kombucha. The seltzer may make your acid reflux worse.

I like Sprindrift too. Grocery stores don't always have it, but Amazon usually does. If I can't get it for some reason, I buy San Pellegrino sparkling water and add a lemon or lime slice.

Did you try herbal tea? I wouldn't think that would give you heartburn.

op here... v8 has tomatoes and that would make my acid reflux worse.

I don't want to put anything acidic in my water due to the acid reflux. Maybe cucumber or frozen berries might work. Thx.

San Pellegrino has nearly as many calories as Coke of the same size.

Go with natiurally flavored sparkling water. It will be 0 calories, and make sure the only 2 ingredients are carbonated water and natural flavor.

I do drink water, but I want to drink something else. Water is so boring.

I used to drink tea, but I now have a bad case of heartburn, and tea and coffee make it worse.

I was drinking ginger ale, but I just read the ingredient list yesterday and was surprised at how much high fructose corn syrup and the sugar% was in there.

I had some San Pellegrino orange and that had less sugar.

I tried one of those aloe drinks, and that had soo much sugar in it, too.

I don't like the taste of the artificial sweeteners like you find in Crystal Lite and those other powder mixes.

So, I'm stumped. I could go on drinking the San Pellegrino but was looking for other options.

Thoughts? TIA
